- Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service fee. This fee covers the cost of reserving the time and potential disruption to our schedule.
- No-Show: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and any pre-paid amounts may not be refunded.
3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur the same cancellation fees.
4. Exceptions
- Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee.
